- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm a Chase customer, but after my terrible visit here I may reconsider going back to People's. The overweight, white lady with blonde hair and glasses couldn't be any ruder. We just had our son, whose name is Lincoln. Rumor has it that this is supposed to be the last year that they mint the penny, so we figured we should get a dollars worth (which People's Bank does). When I went in here to ask, it would have been enough to inform me that Chase doesn't carry change in that way, but I never expected to be spoken down to and in the manner that I was spoken to. I inquired to find out, not to be given attitude. I thought Chase was in the field of customer service, but apparently this teller couldn't be bothered.
