  This is the second time I've gone to this location to get help with something. The first time I wanted to raise the account balance on a card that I had for many years had always paid on time and then some and was told no and was pretty much talked into opening a new credit card that I didn't want but the promised that it could be combined at a later time. Recently I misplaced a debit card and went to the same location for a replacement. When the same teller could not convince me to open another credit card on top of the one that she had already had me open the last time I was there, she got frustrated with me, cut me off, gave me a temporary card. What I found out today is that she never ordered the replacement card that she told me she would. So now I'm here nearly 30 days later with a temporary card that's almost invalid having to take out $200 in cash to hold me until I can get a new card that I've had had to order from customer service in Virginia. Not good customer service...
