  Scheduled a pickup on the only day I was available, waited around ALL day for them, watched the UPS truck drive right by my house, then get an exception that I missed the pickup and it was rescheduled. I would give them zero stars if I could.

  On Wed 9/13 UPS driver made a great effort getting me my package, even though it was originally scheduled to arrive earlier in the day. The person at UPS store did a good job coordinating it all. Thank you.

  The drivers suck they're extremely careless about packages.... the worst delivery service ever!!!!!!

  UPS shouldnt even get 1 star. They suck and need to be shut down. They won't even deliver to my address anymore. They never attempt to deliver nor do they even leave door tags. File complaints over and over and still no help. Worst shipper I ever dealt with

  For one their phone systems do not work you can never get ahold of anybody. The people in the HR department are so incompetent they never know what is going on, oh and they lose paychecks. These people are far from professionals. It's pretty sad I would stay far away from this place.
